RESIDENTIAL FULL
SERVICE:. We provide everything. Every week,
we will:
- Test water chemistry, add necessary chemicals.(pool
price includes all chemicals.
- Backwash/clean pool filters.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on
pumps/filters/chemical feeders, etc.
- Brush walls/floors to remove any algae.
- Vacuum the pool to remove debris.
* Pricing for full service is
determined by: the size and number of pools/spas, the frequency of
service visits and any special access/hours requirements.
CHEM-SERVICE:
Here we perform items 1,2, and 3 above.
We test your water, add necessary chemicals and clean the filters, as
well as. maintain your equipment. Owner cleans the pool as
required.
ON CALL
SERVICE: Here, we serve as your service
partner to ensure your pool stays operational. We are also
available to address items raised by the Health Dept. inspectors.
COMMERCIAL POOL
SERVICE:. Every week, either 2 or 3 times depending on
the volume of the pool and typical usage projections, we will:
- Test water chemistry, update required logsheets, add
necessary chemicals. Contracted pool price includes all
chemicals EXCEPT STABILIZER, which is billed separately.
- Backwash/clean pool filters. .
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on
pumps/filters/chemical feeders, etc. with prior approval
- Brush walls/floors to remove any spot outbreaks of
algae, etc. as required.
- Vacuum the pool to remove particulate debris as
required.
- Clean perimeter tile and remove debris from gutter
troughs. Additionally, we will remove any spot outbreaks of
algae on the underside of the coping.

determined by: the size and number of pools/spas, the frequency of
service visits and any special access/hours requirements.
